She is able to speak to floor plans, renovations, structural elements, and new home builds as she has successfully flipped 4 homes, owns an investment property, along with recently designed and project managed the build of a waterfront home from start to completion, including permit approvals and inspections. Amy provides clear direction and advice while providing consultation, working collaboratively with contractors and skilled trades, as well as, with her Buyers & Sellers in Real Estate. All of this provides a skill set, which adds value to her clients, both in Interior Design and Real Estate. Having been raised in Durham Region and residing in Northumberland County, along with her experience, provides the ability to strategically showcase homes, understand return on investment, understand demographics and recognize the advantages of many community neighbourhoods.
